Software
PRIQCON is built on an open-source database platform. This makes it flexible and allows it to be fully tailored to the needs and requirements of the end customer.
PRIQCON is a complete solution, so we do not charge per-user licence fees. Your project deserves a complete solution, regardless of how many people use it.
Licences
You can give your employees access to PRIQCON so they can carry out their work easily, including when they temporarily take over a colleague’s tasks.
To prevent system overload, we recommend a maximum of 50 users per project.
Moduls
PRIQCON covers every step of the process, with each step integrated with the others. Together, they give you a complete way to manage your project, from material management and weld tracking to printing complete work packages.
Although PRIQCON is built around individual process steps, we believe your project deserves a complete solution. That is why we offer PRIQS as a complete package rather than as separate modules.
Cost of components
Setting up the system
To use the application, several tables must be populated with data. Some of this data is already available to you in digital form or as hard copies.
The following activities are carried out during implementation:
- Creating or importing an item database
- Creating or importing a Line List
- Configuring the visual planning board (prefabrication/field)
- Customizing various forms to meet the customer’s requirements, such as the work package cover sheet, MTO, LISL, and NDT request forms
- Creating user accounts and assigning the appropriate access permissions
Yearly costs
Use of the system is subject to a fixed annual fee equal to 30% of the setup costs.
Licenses
We use open-source applications, so no license fees are charged.
Maintenance
Maintenance costs for the server and its associated infrastructure are charged at 25% of the setup costs.
Support
Support is provided through a ticketing system, where users submit their own tickets. The cost of handling each ticket is determined by its priority.
Training
Basic training is required to get started with the system quickly. This training is delivered online or in a classroom. To ensure an effective training experience, each session is limited to a maximum of five participants.
Modifications
Customer-specific modifications can be carried out at a fixed price or billed based on the actual hours worked. You will receive an itemized quotation detailing the scope and costs. Charges will only be incurred once you have approved the quotation.
Server Space – Data Storage – Data Transfer
Your application is hosted in the cloud. You can arrange the cloud environment yourself, or we can set it up and host it for you. If you choose your own environment, we will install our application there, and you will be responsible for the hosting costs. If we manage the hosting, the associated costs will be charged to you.
Additional Services
Although your project team can handle many administrative tasks internally, we offer the additional services listed below. These services free up your work planners to develop technical execution plans together with your site supervisors:
Labeling/spools/
flange connections
Isometric drawings must be labeled to enable weld tracking, spool management, and traceability of other connections. We can carry out this work for you. Your work planner or site supervisor manually marks the desired locations of field welds and the required extra length on the isometric drawing.
Isometric data entry
We can enter your labeled isometric drawings into PRIQCON. You provide the labeled drawings, and we handle the data entry.
MTO
If a material take-off (MTO) is already available from engineering, or you have compiled one in Excel, we can import it into PRIQCON so you can get started quickly.
Certificate processing
Certificates are uploaded to PRIQS as PDF files. We ensure they are correctly entered, linked, and accessible within the relevant forms.
Torq forms
Controlled tightening of flange connections is often a client requirement. We can assign flange numbers to these connections and provide the appropriate forms for your employees to sign.
As-Built processing
Once your work is complete, the documentation must be updated to reflect the as-built situation. We can turn your manually marked-up field isometric drawings into a clear, professionally prepared red-and-blue as-built set.**
